Use and Dosage

• Brush your teeth twice, and no more than three times, a day.
• For fast relief, apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a clean finger and gently rub it into the sensitive area for one minute before brushing.
• Minimise swallowing and spit out after brushing.
• After use, replace the cap to keep the contents of the tube dry.
• Children under 12 years of age should only use this toothpaste on the advice of a dentist or doctor.
