Bio Chamomile Water is made from chamomile, which comes from the pink valley of the Bulgarian mountains. Chamomile water has a delicate floral honey scent that you will fall in love with immediately. You will appreciate it in drinks and sweet recipes. It is suitable for hot and cold dishes.

Manufacture. Chamomile harvesting begins in the early morning, when the plant's flowers produce the greatest amount of essential oils. The collected flowers are immediately transported for processing, using 1 kg of flowers per 1 litre of flower water. Only thanks to the short transport time, which takes a maximum of 45 minutes, the flowers retain their natural freshness and delicate fragrance. Processing is carried out in the traditional way using double steam distillation. During production, the precious chamomile oil is not separated but remains inside. Because of this, Organic Chamomile Water retains its valuable properties and high quality.

USE: Beverages. A few drops of Chamomile Water adds not only a refreshing touch to the tea, but also a subtle sense of sweetness. You'll also love it in cocktails and homemade lemonades.

TIP: Pour a small amount of Organic Chamomile Water into the bottom of ice cube trays, top up with filtered water and freeze. Once you're done, just place the ice cube in a glass of water or homemade lemonade and wait for it to melt.

Foods. It's great in sweet breakfasts like pancakes and crepes. It can also be used when baking wholemeal cakes.

SOLVING: Protect flower water from direct sunlight. During warm weather, we recommend using the refrigerator. If you want to refill a larger package into a smaller spray bottle, then disinfect the bottle thoroughly first.
