About the Brand

The Police brand was founded in Italy in 1983 on the initiative of De Rigo. The eagle in its logo symbolises freedom. From 1997, the brand began expanding its original eyewear-focused style into other lifestyle areas, particularly fragrances. In 1998, the De Rigo group signed a licensing agreement for the development of the Police fragrance line. By 2003, the brand's offering also included watches, jewellery and small leather goods.
