Product description Perky Crochet

Vegan slippers in boho style, ideal for hot summer days. Made from recyclable PVC and synthetic leather. Thanks to the monochromatic design, they will perfectly match any outfit.

Perky Crochet are shoes that catch the eye at first glance with their texture and slightly bohemian flair. The name "Crochet" evokes a crocheted, knitted, or structured look, making the model appear airier and more original than classic smooth sneakers. They are the type of shoes that can be both subtle and striking—depending on what you pair them with. In an outfit, they often function as a detail that adds style and "summer" lightness without having to resort to flashy colors or massive elements. Perky Crochet is suitable for women who want everyday comfort but also care about material and visual design. They complement a minimalist wardrobe beautifully because the structure itself creates interest; they also blend well with natural materials like linen, cotton, or viscose and fit perfectly into both urban and vacation styles.

Usage

You'll appreciate Perky Crochet mainly in warmer months and wherever lightness and breathability are key: in the city, on vacation, on promenade walks, while traveling, and during regular errands. Thanks to the structured upper, the model may feel more comfortable in the heat, as it appears airier—ideal when you want shoes that are comfortable even for extended periods. I recommend wearing them in dry weather; with textured/knitted materials, it's generally better to avoid heavy rain, mud, and road salt. For longer lifespan, impregnation is suitable (if compatible with the specific material) and regular airing. For cleaning, choose a gentle method: a soft brush, lukewarm water, and a mild agent, ideally cleaning in small sections without aggressive scrubbing. After cleaning, let the shoes dry freely at room temperature and maintain their shape by stuffing them with paper.

Composition

Perky Crochet consists of an upper with a structured look, inner lining, insole, and sole, which together influence comfort, stability, and overall walking impression. The exact material composition may vary depending on the specific variant or production series, so always follow the information provided in the product parameters on the e-shop and the label inside the shoes. If you plan all-day wear, you can choose thin socks (such as "no-show") or add an insole for a softer step. Choosing the right size is also crucial: the heel should hold, the toe should have adequate space, and the shoes should not press over the instep. With structured uppers, it's worth avoiding snagging on sharp objects to prevent unnecessary surface damage.

Packaging

Perky Crochet shoes arrive in protective packaging that protects them during transport and helps retain their shape. I recommend trying the shoes at home on a clean floor to make size exchange easy. For storage, choose a dry and ventilated place away from direct sunlight; with lighter shades, prolonged sun exposure can change the tone of the material. If you won't be wearing the shoes for a while, fill them with paper or use shoe stretchers—structured materials will then hold their silhouette better. On travels, a textile bag proves useful, preventing scuffs and keeping luggage clean, especially if packing the shoes after wearing.

Additional info

Perky Crochet works beautifully in outfits where you want lightness and naturalness. They pair excellently with linen pants, denim shorts, midi skirts, and summer dresses—and because the textured detail already attracts attention, a simple top and clean accessories are enough. If you want to "elevate" the shoes to a more elegant level, try pairing them with a monochromatic set (e.g., beige + white) and a minimalist handbag. For contrast, they work well with denim and a leather jacket. Practical tip: with structured uppers, it's best to remove dirt as soon as possible, as dust and pigment can settle in the weave. About the brand Perky

Perky is a Brazilian brand that was founded in 2011. Since the beginning of production, the main product is a South American espadrille called ALPARGATAS. You have never heard this term and would like to know more? Alpargatas are characterized above all by the way they are made. One of the three main components of each shoe is a durable PVC sole. The other indispensable part of the shoe is the hand-woven fabric that is gradually wrapped around the sole until the final shape of the shoe is created. At this point, all that is missing is the insertion of a soft cotton insole, which is completely removable and can be exchanged by the wearer for an orthotic insole. Add to this innovative shoe construction original imaginative designs and the South American espadrilles called alpargatas are born.

Since then, he has created a plethora of sneakers and alpargatas, all sewn on the same design principle that makes the shoe so incredibly light and comfortable. Last but not least, it's very important to mention that we put emphasis on good working conditions for all employees, which is also reflected in the footwear of all employees - they all wear Perks :)

And now it's time to bring the lightness and comfort of Perky to Europe.
