The RoC toner formula is alcohol-free. It includes panthenol and sodium hyaluronate. The product also contains fragrance, listed in the INCI as Fragrance/Parfum.

Use and Dosage

About the Brand

The RoC brand was founded in 1957 in the Parisian pharmacy Pharmacie Rogé Cavaillès. Its origins are linked to pharmacist Dr. Jean-Charles Lissarrague, who developed the brand's first hypoallergenic products.
