Bio Calendula Zinc Ointment is based on the traditional zinc ointment that our grandmothers used when they needed help protecting and caring for sensitive skin. Our Bio Calendula Zinc Ointment provides soothing care for stressed skin.

Discover the power of macerates.

Bio Calendula Zinc Ointment is made using the traditional method of slow herb maceration. The largest component in the ointment is a macerate of calendula, which we grow ourselves in South Moravia. The calendula flowers are steeped for several weeks in cold-pressed Bio Sunflower oil. The soothing power and valuable benefits of calendula are thus transferred into the macerate in their full measure.

Our zinc ointment also features macerates of lavender, chamomile, and vanilla. Among the greatest advantages of the lavender and chamomile macerates are their soothing properties, thanks to which the ointment gently cares even for very sensitive children's skin. The vanilla macerate gives the skin not only a beautiful fragrance but also beneficial and effective substances that help the skin maintain a fresh appearance.

Shea Butter.

Thanks to its high content of vitamins A, D, E, and F, Bio Shea Butter deeply nourishes the skin, regenerates it, and strengthens its natural elasticity. It is an excellent aid in caring for problematic skin, where it reduces itching and redness. You will appreciate it in the care of cracked or damaged skin. It also regulates sebum production and protects the skin from the negative effects of solar radiation.

Bio Jojoba Oil.

It comes from the seeds of Bio Simmondsia chinensis. Thanks to its content of biologically valuable unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, it ranks among the most precious oils. Its balanced ratio of nourishing substances makes it a perfect caring and regenerating oil, which is an ideal aid for the chafed bottom of our little ones.

Bio Almond Oil.

It is absorbed very quickly into the skin and is rich in rare essential acids, proteins, minerals, and vitamin E. In Bio Calendula Zinc Ointment, it plays the role of softening and soothing the skin. Almond oil also acts against the harmful effects of the external environment and thus protects your baby's skin.

Zinc Oxide.

Behind this white-colored powdery substance lies one of the oldest zinc ores. This unassuming powder has mild antiseptic and astringent effects. Since it gently dries moist areas, it is an invaluable aid in the care of chafed skin.

Usage

TIPS:

For your baby's silky-smooth bottom, use Bio Floral Water PURITY VISION after cleansing the bottom, followed by Bio Calendula Zinc Ointment, which will create a protective layer between the diaper and the skin. This way you can easily prevent diaper rash.
