Nasomatto describes the first impression of the 30ml perfume extract on the skin as more pronounced and detailed compared to the 4ml variant, which contains a concentrated perfume oil.

About the Brand

Nasomatto was founded by Alessandro Gualtieri, who comes from Apulia in Italy and has his studio in Amsterdam. The brand grew out of his desire to work independently and create fragrances he would want to wear himself. When starting his own business, he sold his scents to shops in person and began without drawing on any prior industry contacts.

The development of Black Afgano took six years, involved many distillations and produced hundreds of pages of working formulas.

The fragrance is the result of a long-term development process led by brand founder and perfumer Alessandro Gualtieri.
