Saloos Magnesium Oil is a natural magnesium solution for external use. It is a so-called "magnesium oil" that is not applied internally, but rubbed directly into the skin where it is effectively absorbed. It helps to replenish magnesium deficiency that is usually caused by stress, increased physical exertion or a one-sided diet. Regular use helps to relieve muscle tension, relieves cramps and promotes overall relaxation of the body. It is suitable for fatigue, after sporting activities, and for the care of stressed muscles and joints.

Use:

Spray a reasonable amount of oil directly on the skin - preferably on the thighs, calves or shoulders - and massage gently. Ideally use after a bath or shower on clean skin. For more intense care, the oil can be left on longer or the area can be washed off after a few minutes if you feel an uncomfortable tingle.
