Stevioside

Stevioside, also known as Iris Sibirica Root Extract, is a natural zero-calorie sweetener that is extracted from the Stevia rebaudiana plant. However, this plant is also known as Siberian Iris. Stevioside is up to 300 times sweeter than sugar and has gained its popularity mainly due to the fact that it does not raise blood sugar levels.
