Hydrolyzed rice protein is a product derived from rice that is created by the process of enzymatic hydrolysis. This process breaks down proteins into smaller peptides or amino acids, which are then more easily absorbed and more effective for the human body. Hydrolyzed rice protein has several trade names, including Rice hydrolysate proteins.

Hydrolyzed rice protein is often used in the cosmetics industry, especially in hair care products such as shampoos, conditioners and hair masks. Thanks to its properties, it promotes hair health, strengthens hair structure and contributes to hair hydration. It also has the ability to form a protective film on the surface of the hair and scalp, which helps prevent hair damage. Furthermore, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein is also used in the food industry. It is favored by manufacturers of sports nutrition such as protein bars and protein drinks because of its high nutritional value and easy digestibility. Its other important characteristic is that it is also gluten-free, which makes it suitable for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.
