Galactoarabinan

Galactoarabinan is a polysaccharide that is extracted from Larix. Other names for this compound are Galactoarabinan, Arabinogalactan, D-galacto-larabinan. This natural ingredient cannot be easily defined in just a few words. It is a so-called probiotic substance that promotes the growth and health of good bacteria. However, it is not a probiotic per se. Galactoarabinan is also an excellent source of fiber.
