Preparation / Use

Pour 250 ml of cold drinking water over one infusion bag and leave to steep for 8 to 15 minutes. Always prepare the drink fresh and consume it immediately.

Adults are recommended to drink 1 to 3 cups per day. The recommended duration of use is 3 weeks; after a two-week break, the course may be repeated. The product is not intended for children under 3 years of age.
