Preparation

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over Lavender Calm and leave to steep for 5–10 minutes in a covered vessel. Prepare Herbal Energy with 200 ml of boiling water and steep for 5–10 minutes.

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over Herbal Cheerfulness and Joyful Sleep and leave for 5–8 minutes in a covered vessel. Prepare Inner Harmony with the same amount of water for 7–15 minutes. Pour 250 ml of boiling water over Herbal Detox and steep for 10 minutes in a covered vessel.

For the Joyful Sleep blend, adults are recommended one cup per day 2–3 hours before bedtime. The individual teas have different age restrictions. Most are not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and some blends are not intended for children.

The different preparation instructions allow you to brew each of the six teas with the appropriate amount of water and steeping time.
