Usage

Using the oat bath is easy and convenient. Simply pour it into a bathtub with warm water and let the ingredients work. The fine oat powder gradually dissolves, enveloping the skin with a protective film and leaving it silky smooth. The bath ideally lasts 15–20 minutes and is recommended to repeat as needed – whether for soothing irritated skin, regenerating after a tough day, or as a regular relaxing ritual. Thanks to its universal use, it is also suitable for young children and infants. Every bath will bring you an immediate feeling of calm, well-being, and relaxation. Bath: Add an appropriate amount of powder to a bathtub with warm water. For one bath, 2–3 tablespoons of powder (about 30 g) are sufficient. For a baby bathtub, 1 tablespoon (½ bag, about 15 g) is enough. The ideal soaking time is 15–20 minutes.

Compress/Mask: Mix the powder with water to a smooth paste (in a ratio of about 1:1). Apply to the affected area and leave on for 15 minutes. Moisten the paste during application by spraying to prevent it from drying out.

You can enhance this compress/mask with any hydrosol and/or a few drops of oil. We recommend chamomile or rose hydrosol and hemp, prickly pear, or argan oil.

You can also add a few drops of Intensive Regenerating Serum. If you prefer creamy compresses/masks, add this powder to Regenerating Night Mask.
