About the Brand

The Hamidi Oud and Perfumes brand was launched by Sterling Perfumes Industries in 2005. It focuses on oriental perfumery, combining the traditions of Arabic fragrances with a modern approach. The name Hamidi derives from the word "Hamid", meaning "praised" or "commended".

The first Hamidi retail store was opened in 2005 in the Deira district of Dubai. The second followed in 2006 in the emirate of Sharjah.
