It is suitable under any eyeshadow and does not necessarily have to be used with Artdeco eyeshadows.

Ingredients
Thanks to its fine creamy texture, the Artdeco eyeshadow base is very easy to apply, does not dry out the skin and also prevents eyeshadow from settling into the creases of the eye. It contains vitamin E, which protects and nourishes delicate skin, making it suitable for contact lens wearers, as well as bisabolol, which soothes reddened eyelids and neutralises their colour.

How to use
Apply a thin layer over the entire eyelid using your finger, then blend evenly.
