SWISSDENT® means gentle whitening! Swissdent dental cosmetics lightens your teeth by combining enzymes and a micronized peroxide formula without needing to reach high dentin abrasivity (RDA) values. An extra effective formula of the natural enzymes papain and bromelain is combined with patented Nanoxyd®, micronized calcium peroxide in a safe concentration of 0.1%. Natural enzymes derived from pineapple and papaya very effectively remove the protein pellicle on the tooth surface and therefore also dental plaque and external discoloration. Nanoxyd®, micronized calcium peroxide, bleaches pigments both on the tooth surface and between the enamel crystals. Therefore, we recommend that after using the whitening toothpaste you do not rinse your mouth immediately, but simply spit out the paste so that the peroxide can act for as long as possible. Due to its gentleness, the whitening toothpastes also contain no SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), a foaming agent that is associated with the formation of canker sores and also leads to sensitivity of the oral mucosa. SWISSDENT EXTREME – effective help for smokers and lovers of coffee and red wine! The red toothpaste is intended for whitening heavily discolored teeth of smokers and lovers of red wine, coffee, and tea. The abrasivity value of 40 RDA is almost twice that of the silver Nanowhitening toothpaste, but it is still among the gentle levels. You can therefore rest assured that this toothpaste will not have negative effects on the enamel of your teeth. Ordinary whitening toothpastes often reach values of 120–150 RDA, some even as high as 200 RDA. The extremely effective formula with a double dose of natural enzymes and Nanoxyd contains sodium bicarbonate, which effectively removes pronounced external pigmentation. Added coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E revitalize and care for the gums. The pronounced menthol flavor refreshes the breath, which then stays fresh for several hours. Contains fluoride 1180 ppm.
