About the Brand

The Annicke collection comprises six fragrances inspired by the most notable gardens of Paris and Vienna. The Eight & Bob brand is built on the legacy of Albert Fouquet, a French perfume connoisseur and son of a Parisian aristocrat. He created and refined his fragrances for personal use with the help of the family butler, Philippe.

Part of the brand's history is Fouquet's encounter with John F. Kennedy on the French Riviera in 1937. The name Eight & Bob originated from Kennedy's request for eight samples and one more for his brother Bob. Following Fouquet's death in a car accident near Biarritz in the spring of 1939, the original formula and production process were restored several decades later.

Annicke 4 thus combines the inspiration of a Parisian garden with the historical story of the Eight & Bob brand.
