About the Brand

Ecoalf was founded in 2009 by Javier Goyeneche, who is also the brand's president. Its name is derived from the names of his sons Alfred and Álvaro. After three years of research and development, the brand launched its first collection in 2012 and simultaneously opened its first store in Madrid.

In 2018, Ecoalf became the first Spanish fashion company to receive B Corp certification. In 2022, the brand received the B Corp Best for the World award, placing it among the top 5% of B Corp companies in the environmental category.
