About the Brand
The house of Dior was founded by Christian Dior in 1946, with its historic address at 30 Avenue Montaigne in Paris. The brand's first fragrance, Miss Dior, was presented on 12 February 1947 alongside Christian Dior's first fashion show. From the very beginning, he combined the role of fashion designer with that of fragrance creator.
The creation of fragrances has therefore been associated with the brand since its very beginnings, developing in parallel with its fashion work.
