Use and Dosage

• Use twice daily, morning and evening after brushing your teeth.
• Measure 20 ml per rinse, which equals four teaspoons of 5 ml each.
• Rinse teeth and gums for 30 seconds.
• Then spit out the product. The mouthwash must not be swallowed.
• Use it as a complement to tooth brushing and interdental hygiene, not as a replacement.
• Not intended for children under 12 years of age.
• Store at room temperature.

• The Listerine formula was created in 1879 by physician Joseph Lawrence as an antiseptic and disinfectant liquid.
