Use and Dosage

For one massage, use approximately 2 cm of gel squeezed from the tube. Gently rub it in with your fingertips until completely absorbed into the skin. The recommended frequency of use is 3–5 times per day.

When using as a compress, spread the gel lightly, cover with a dry compress and secure with a bandage.
