Bioderma Atoderm Ultra-Soothing Balm is a relipidating and soothing balm for very dry to atopic skin of infants, children and adults. It is suitable for regular care of the face and body, especially when experiencing sensations of itching and skin discomfort.

Ingredients

Palmitoylethanolamide, listed in INCI as Palmitamide MEA, serves to soothe itching and reduce the urge to scratch. The key lipid ingredients include sunflower and rapeseed oil, ceramides NP, AP and EOP, cholesterol and phytosphingosine.

The formula also contains glycerin, xylitol, zinc gluconate and vitamin E in the form of tocopherol. It contains no steroids or parabens.

The individual ingredients and technologies target the soothing of itching, reduction of dryness and support of skin barrier function.

Use and Dosage

Apply once or twice daily to cleansed skin on the face or body.

• Infants: 3 pumps – one for the face, neck and chest, one for both arms and back, one for both legs
• Children: 6 pumps distributed between the face and neck, chest, back, both arms and each leg individually
• Adults: 9 pumps – one each for the face and neck, chest, back and each arm, two for each leg

Do not use on premature infants.

A separate number of pump presses is specified for infants, children and adults.
