Sewn in Europe by skilled Portuguese hands and made from comfortable certified organic cotton. These are the washable menstrual panties Anaé by Ecodis, which allow you to experience your period naturally, in absolute comfort, and with the good feeling that you are giving gentle care to yourself and to the planet.

They fully replace disposable pads and tampons. Menstrual panties are wonderfully breathable, give you a sense of security even during light periods, comfortably adapt to your curves, and no one will notice that you're not wearing regular underwear. To select the correct size, we recommend measuring yourself carefully and comparing with the table below.

The manufacturers designed the panties so that the pad is invisible from the outside. The absorbent part contains Tencel, a natural fibre that is durable, very soft, quick-drying, and extremely absorbent. The waterproof PUL-based fabric keeps fluid where it should be, and the outer layer of organic cotton provides ultimate comfort. Menstrual panties have a classic (basic) cut with a mid-rise waist.

How to choose the right size:

Usage:

Put on the panties like regular underwear and use them during days with light bleeding or spotting. If you are unsure about the absorbency for your specific cycle, you can first try them at home or combine them with another menstrual product – this way you'll gain confidence in what works best for you. After use, it is recommended to first rinse the panties in cold water until the water runs clear, and then wash them. Ideally, wash on a gentle cycle (typically 30–40 °C) with a mild detergent without fabric softener, which can reduce the effectiveness of the absorbent layers. Tumble drying and ironing are generally not recommended; it is better to let them air dry freely to maintain their shape and properties. Once you establish a simple routine of "rinse–wash–air dry", care is easy and the panties will serve you for a long time.

• After each use, soak for a maximum of 30 minutes in cold water
• Then wash by hand or in a washing machine at 30 degrees with an eco-friendly detergent
• Do not use fabric softener or stain remover
• Do not dry the panties in a tumble dryer or on a radiator and do not iron them
• Heat can damage the technical fabric
• Air dry and reuse.
