Usage:

You can choose the usage according to the effect you expect. The essential oil is most often used in a diffuser or aroma lamp: add a few drops to water (in an aroma lamp) or to the diffuser tank according to the manufacturer's instructions and let the fragrance gradually unfold in the room. Lemon is also popular for short inhalation from a tissue or inhalation stick when you want a quick feeling of freshness. For massage or skin care, the oil must always be diluted in a carrier oil (such as almond, jojoba, or coconut) – undiluted essential oil is not commonly used on the skin. We recommend performing a tolerance test on a small area of skin. For citrus oils, it is important to remember the potential photosensitive effects: after use on the skin, avoid direct sunlight and solarium for at least 12–24 hours. The oil is not intended for internal use and should be used wisely, drop by drop, in a well-ventilated space.
